Legal bases
- Legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, for responding to business enquiries, managing B2B relationships, maintaining appropriate CRM records and protecting and operating the website.
- The legitimate interests pursued are the management and development of PartnerfAI's business relationships and the secure operation of its website and systems.
- Where an enquiry is made with a view to entering into a contract with the data subject, processing may also be necessary to take steps at the data subject's request prior to entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- The language preference cookie is used to provide functionality explicitly requested by the user.

These providers may use their own subprocessors. PartnerfAI does not sell personal data.

Retention
- If an enquiry does not result in a commercial relationship, data relating to that enquiry may be retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless an earlier deletion request applies.
- If a commercial relationship is established, relevant data may be retained for the duration of that relationship and afterwards for the periods required by applicable legal, accounting, contractual or dispute-management obligations.
- Language preference cookie: 1 year.
- Data may be deleted earlier when it is no longer necessary.
